A penitent man kneels in confession before a priest,
seeking forgiveness. The priest represents the judging
self, the conscience that must forgive if we are
to find true peace. The Mother looks on, embodiment
of purest unconditional love. Be gentle with yourself,
she says... as gentle as I would be with you.
Look within honestly, but with compassion.
Make changes as needed in your behavior and your outlook...
and forgive yourself as you would forgive others.
